Safety and Vigilance

✅ Campus & Infrastructure Safety

  1. No person other than school staff is allowed to enter the campus without a Visitor ID and proper information.
  2. Drivers must not enter the campus without prior permission from the Transport Manager and intimation to the Admin Manager.
  3. No inward or outward movement is allowed without intimation.
  4. Gate pass is mandatory for anyone exiting the campus.
  5. Labourers are monitored by the Civil Works Incharge to ensure sobriety and accountability.
  6. All on-campus work is supervised by in-house faculty.
  7. Electrical gadgets and slippery surfaces are checked regularly to prevent accidents.
  8. Surveillance cameras are functioning 24/7 to monitor all areas.
  9. Server room and Principal’s office are under strict vigilance.
  10. First-aid kit and on-call doctor are available at all times. The school is tied up with a local hospital.
  11. Medical consent forms are filed for emergency preparedness.
  12. Monthly fire drills are conducted by PETs.
  13. Evacuation and mock drill plans are practiced routinely.
  14. Admin staff conduct three safety rounds daily.
  15. Cross-verification via phone call and Aadhaar is done for individuals delivering items or picking up students.
  16. Private transport pickups require parent authentication or ID verification.
  17. Dispersal plan ensures a safe and structured exit for students.
  18. All staff, including the Principal and security team, are accountable for overall safety.

👩‍🏫 Student Well-being & Vigilance

  1. Safety on school premises, buses, and playgrounds is reinforced by PETs, class teachers, and incharges.
  2. Student cabinet actively participates in maintaining vigilance.
  3. Suggestion boxes are available for students to voice their concerns.
  4. Principal holds regular meetings with students to hear feedback.
  5. Parents may meet the Principal regarding grievances when available.
  6. Drivers and bus attendees are trained for vigilance and safety procedures.
  7. Ayahs (caregivers) are alert and trained to ensure child safety.
  8. Girls receive monthly mentoring from senior teachers; boys from PETs.
  9. Head Boy, Head Girl, and Deputies collect and escalate student issues to management.
  10. Student cabinet maintains a grievance record, reviewed with the Principal regularly.
  11. Teachers, Admin Team, PETs, and transport in-charge share responsibility for safety.
  12. Washrooms are frequently inspected by designated staff.
  13. Washroom passes are issued to avoid overcrowding and reduce bullying risks.
  14. Strict policies are enforced against bullying, abuse, and misconduct via referral forms.
  15. Counselor and coordinators are available for student mentoring and emotional support.
  16. Staff mental wellness is prioritized with regular conversations and check-ins.
  17. All staff are trained in First Aid and POCSO guidelines.
  18. Student safety is our highest priority—students always come first.
