This Privacy Policy applies to the Pallavi Model School Tirumalagirir


Pallavi MOdel School Tirumalagiri Campus recognizes the importance of maintaining your privacy. We value your privacy and appreciate your trust in us. SCHOOL CODE OF CONDUCT

  • The School begins at 8:00 am and gets over by 12.30 pm for Pre- primary from Nursery to PP-II. For grades 1 to 7, the school timings are 8.00 am to 2.50 pm.
  • All the students must attend the General Assembly in the morning.students should be present in the school before the 1st bell rings. The Students arrivinghabituallylatewillbegiven a note in the diaryorwillbegivendetention.
  • 75%attendance iscompulsory forpromotion to the next higherclass. If any student is absent for 7 consecutive working day swithout information to the school,his/her name can be removed from the rolls of the school.
  • No child shall leave the school premises during school hours without the permission of the Principal or Teacher incharge and a gate pass will be issued only to the parent of t he child or else to the guardian of the child on producing an authorization letterissuedbytheparents.
  • Care must be taken of all the school property and no student should scratch, spoil the desks or the chairs damage any school furniture, write or draw on the walls, or inany way damage things belonging to others. negligent students will be chargedforthedamage.
  • The Students must not wear gold ornaments like chains, rings, bangles, anklets,etc. The School is not responsible in case of loss/theft of any expensivei tem.
  • The students are prohibited from bringing cameras, Walkman’s, mobile phones, electronicgadgets, magazines, tattoos, pictures, sharp instruments, blades, etc. inside the school premises.Any obscenebook/magazine found with the child will invite disciplinaryaction.
  • Misconduct,misbehavior,and indiscipline in the school transport will not be tolerated.
  • The Students should come to school in School Uniform on their birthday too and they are not allowed to give expensive return gifts to their classmates.
  • The Parents or the Guardians must attend the PTM(ParentTeacherMeet) regularly.
  • The school counselor is available in the school to deal with the children’semotional and psychological problems.Parents areinvitedtomeetthecounselorwithapriorappointment.
  • The Parents are welcome to meet the Principal, Vice principal, orthe BlockIn-charge regardingany queries, problems, or suggestions. The Parents can take prior appointments or meet themduringthevisitinghours.
  • The School Programs are given the utmost importance in CBSE.Please see that your children participate in the AnnualDay,the Sports Day,and the Founders Day Celebrations.These activities develop inter and intra-personalskills of your child. The Students should follow the rules and regulations of the school.If found deviating,the student has to face the consequences.
  • In all matters the decision of the Principal will be final and binding on the student.
  • Parents can donate as a plingora story book on their ward’s birthday.

Girls
  • White T-shirt with school logo- Navy blue skirt.
  • Navy blue socks with white stripes.
  • Black Shoes
  • Under garments should always be worn(Bloomer in black).
Boys
  • White T-shirt with school logo- Navy blue shorts.
  • Navy blue socks with white stripes.
  • Black Shoes
  • Avestand a brief should always be worn under the uniform

Winter uniform begins from November 1 to January end.

During winter,children must wear Navy blue colored school sweaters only.

For grades 1 to 8

The students should come to school in the prescribed uniform.

The uniform should be neat and clean.

The students must wear their ID cards everyday.

The boys should have a well-trimmed hair cut.

The students should have trimmed nails.

TRANSPORT POLICY

Transport service provided by PMS-Tirumalgiri is a service facility to ensure safety and security to children when commuting to school and going back home.

School transport aims to reach school on time safely and securely. The objective of providing school transport is to help in decongestion ofthe traffic by minimizing the number of vehicles on the road. This will save a lot of fuel, and restrict the growth of pollution levels and the waste of preciou soil.

Facilities provide dare

  • Well-maintained and RTA-approved buses
  • Experienced and trained drivers with all security verifications done.
  • Fire extinguisher in each bus.
  • First aid kit.
  • Insurance of all the hildren in case of any eventuality
  • Lady attendants in each bus/van
  • All the students using the school bus are expected to be at the pickup/droppoints with the escorts at least five minutes before the arrival time of the bus.
  • The buses will not wait for the late comers.
  • Communication on the bus must be in English only.
  • The children should stay away from the main road until the bus arrives.
  • No student should come near the entry door of the bus until it has made acompletehalt.
  • The drivers and the bus attendants are there to serveus and ensure our safety.The students and parents must obey their instructions. Arguing and misbehaving with them will lead to the withdrawal of transport facility to the particular child.
  • All the students must occupy seats immediately after boarding their respective buses.
  • The front door of the bus is the only authorized entrance and exit.
  • The drivers are authorized to stop the buses at the designated stop only, unlessotherwise directed by the bus In-charge. The list of stops is prepared to keep in view the convenience and safety of all bus commuters and is subject to change.
  • When the bus is in motion,students must not move around in the busand should not peepor put their hand sout through the window.
  • Objects/eat ables of any kind must not bed is carded inside or thrown out of a the bus.No student is allowed to eat on the bus.Disciplinary action will be initiated if found indulged in such acts.
  • The Students will be held responsible for any damage to buses caused by negligence or vandalism.
  • Unruly behavior like shrieking and shouting is strictly prohibited.The school will issue a yellow card if found guilty.
  • Courteous behavior is expected at all times from the parents/ the students towards a the transport staff.
  • The Driver's attention must not be distracted for any reason.
  • The bus in charge and the student bus monitor are responsible for maintaining discipline in the buses.Any serious off ense must be reported to the Principal.
  • Under no circumstances the children will be allowed to board another bus to fulfill the social engagement.
  • The list of students with bus stops, etc.will be available on each bus.
  • Bus seat numbers are allotted to each child and under no circumstances it should be changed.
  • The School has the right to withdraw the bus facility for the students on disciplinary grounds.The decision will be binding on parents and no request in this regard will be entertained
  • Facility restricted to main thorough fares in a radius of 5-6 km from the school.
  • The Parents are requested not to talk to the cleaners / the drivers regarding any issues.They can report the same in the administrative block.
  • The Parents must make sure to update there cords in the school in case there is a change in the irresidential address or telephone number.
  • IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO ATTEND TO TELEPHONIC COMPLAINTS/SUGGESTIONS.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • Transport service is a facility provided by the school management and not an obligation on the part of the management.It is the choice of the parents and not a compulsion.
  • Transport service will be provided till the nearest point and no door pick ups and door drops will be done.
  • Buses will not wait beyondone minuteat eachpick up point,to enable the bus to reach school in time.The Parents must ensure that their ward is ready at the respective pick up points before time.
  • Pick up point may be modified/withdrawn according to the convenience of the management.
  • Transport service charges are not fixed and depend on the fuel price and inflation levels.Transport service charges are liable to change every six months.
  • One way picks up or dropping is not possible. If any parent wishes to avail one-waytransport facility by paying for both sides then it may be considered based on the availability of the seat in bus.
  • The Management will take continuous measuresin ensuring safety andsecurity of students. However, in case of any eventuality the management is notresponsible for any compensation or reimbursement of medical charges beyond the amountpaid by the insurance company.
  • On account of the transport facility not suiting to any student and if the parent wishesto withdraw the student from the school, the management will refund only the cautiondeposit and will not refund the term fee, admission fee, annual fee, or any other fees including the transport fees paid,
  • Transport will not be offered to the students beyond 30 kms one-way distance from the school premises.
  • Withdrawal of transport facility during the third term is not permitted.

SCHOOL FEE AND WITHDRAWAL POLICY

a . SCHOOLFEE
Fee once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.

Fee Schedule and Payments:

  • FirstTerm : By 10th,March2023
  • SecondTerm : By 10th,July2023
  • ThirdTerm : By 10th,November2023
  • Fee payment has to be made in the School office before or with in the due date.
  • Late charges will be applicable if the fee payment is made after the due date.
  • The Parents should keep the receipt and produce it as proof of payment made to the school as and when required.
  • Parents can make use of online payment.
  • Any chequere turned by the bank will be treated as non-payment of fee.
  • The Parents are requested to give correct particulars such as Admission number,Name of the student,class and section.

Library Policy

Students should maintain silence in the library.

Students who borrow books should return the books promptly and in good condition after a week.

If lost/tampered with, the cost of the book will be recovered from the student.

Delay in the return of the book after the due date is subject to a fine of Rs1/ per day.

(which will be used in the repair and binding of other books in the library)

Lab policy

Students will work individually on some experiments, while other experiments will be done with partners or groups.

Students should not engage in horseplay such as tickling, throwing objects, squirting water, etc.

Breakage fees for glassware and equipment broken due to misuse will be charged to the student(s) responsible for the broken item(s) at the replacement cost.

Play Ground policy

  • Students are expected to obey directions given by all supervisors and adults whileon the playground.
  • Students are not allowed in any of the play areas without adult supervision
  • Students must play designated games in designated areas
  • When the bell rings all students must immediately stop playing, form a line, and move to their class.
  • Students should not bully other students while playing

DISCIPLINE RULES

Special care is taken to develop a sense of discipline in the students, in the school premises as well as outside. Therefore, the following points may be noted carefully.

  • The students are strictly forbidden to use vulgar filthy language while talking to one another. students indulging in truancy and bullying will be liable to suspension or expulsion from the school
  • Cleanliness is expected from all the students. Their nails must be properly clipped, teeth must be absolutely clean and hair neatly trimmed and combed.
  • Office bearers of the STUDENT COUNCIL should wear their respective badges daily.
  • No student shall criticize any member of the staff, or behave rudely with him/her.
  • Any student indulging in misbehaviour with staff or fellow students shall be liable for disciplinary action/ rustication from the school.
  • The students must deposit with the office any article or money found by them in the school premises
  • Lending or borrowing money is strictly forbidden
  • The school is not responsible for the loss of money, gold ornaments or any other valuable articles. It is therefore advised not to bring or wear valuable articles to school.
  • The students, who come with their escorts, must not leave before the escorts arrive. In case of delay, the school office should be informed.
  • The school reserves the right to suspend/rusticate a student whose conduct has an adverse influence on other students.
  • Possession of any electronic gadgets/ ornaments is strictly prohibited. Violation of this code will lead to stringent disciplinary action to the extent of confiscation of the article/suspension of the student.
  • The students should always report in School uniform only, even during PTMs.
